 The summer season is coming to a close, but here are a few more concerts to check out before it does!
We will be performing at the Fringe Bar concert series thanks to Soft Cedar and the Vancouver World Music Festival on Friday Sept 13. This is a free public event at a wonderful pop bar at the Carving Pavilion on Granville Island. One of my favourite venues in the city and a great chance to experience some live music in a unique setting. ere The band will be heading to the island again the weekend following to perform at the TideMark Theatre on Sept 21 presented by HWY 19 concerts. This will be our first time performing in Campbell River and look forward to sharing our music in this community. Lots more coming up this fall. Stay warm everybody!

I am delighted to bring my band over to the island for a couple of shows this coming weekend. August 17th you can catch us at the venerable Errington Hall. This community and venue have played host to many wonderful bands over the years and it holds a special place in my heart. I am currently in the area teaching marimba at the Errington World Music Camp thanks to Val Dare and all the other organizers here for having me. On Sunday August 18 we will head south down to Victoria to make our debut at Victoria's longstanding jazz club - Hermann's. Growing up in Victoria I can remember seeing shows here and it will be an honour to take the stage with some of my favourite musicians on Sunday as we play music from the debut record Memories. It's been a busy summer and fall and we are now almost into winter. Looking forward to the chance to compose some music this winter season and prepare for next spring and summer's tours.
